What are the terms and conditions?

Returns/Exchanges
We expect that you will be 100% satisfied with your order, our service, and especially our products. If there is a problem with your shipment (wrong size, wrong item), please contact us immediately and we will expedite replacements. Please retain the original packing material and await instruction. We will arrange pickup of the incorrect item(s) and we will replace your product(s) as required.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, within the first 30 days, we will offer an exchange for another item. Please contact us for an RMA authorization. You will be responsible for the shipping costs in both directions in all exchanges. We will not accept returns without an RMA. If you are returning products to us, we highly recommend that you send your return package via UPS (or other trackable carrier), or insured Parcel Post/Priority Mail. Mystik Waboose can not be responsible for lost shipments.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders being shipped. The tax rate that we must collect is based on your ship-to location, in compliance with Michigan State law. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Substitutions
Mystik Waboose will not normally substitute an alternate item for an item you have ordered without contacting you.

Shipping
While Mystik Waboose tries to process all orders in a timely fashion, we are a small company and attend a large number of shows and conventions. Please allow 5-7 days for the processing of your order, and then allow extra time suitable for the method of shipment you have selected for your item to get to you.

Acceptance
By ordering from Mystik Waboose you hereby agree to the terms and conditions posted here. Mystik Waboose reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice.
